Beginning & Advanced Mountaineering Courses  
(July/August)  These courses are conducted in the Monte Rosa or Mont Blanc region. In them we teach the fundamentals and strengthen the skills of would-be alpinists so that they can reach their aspirations with style and confidence. These six day courses culminate in the ascent of the Mont Blanc or Monte Rosa, weather permitting. Lodging is in high mountain huts. 2 to 4 participants per guide.

Matterhorn (4479m) (August/September)
It is the most famous mountain in the alps and the culmination of any mountaineer’s climbing career. A few days of instructional climbing on mountains of lesser difficulty prepare the team (guide+1 client) for the Matterhorn’s Lion ridge (Italy) or Hoernli ridge (Switzerland). This is a mixed climb which involves both rock and ice.

Mont Blanc, Matterhorn and Eiger trilogy (August/September)
This is one of the most intense, difficult and yet exceedingly gratifying climbing trips in our program. These peaks have been featured in countless books, films and mountaineers dreams. This is really a 10 day dream come true!! The prospective trilogy aspirant needs excellent physical fitness, good technique ….and good weather. Guide/client ratio 1:1

All our mountaineering trips are custom. We pick you up at the airport or other point of your choice and take care of all the logistics during your trip. Should conditions not be good enough to safely climb our first objective we will find an alternative ascent that will satisfy and challenge you to the same degree.

Private and individual ascents of all difficulty on European and international peaks can be arranged through this guide service. Rental equipment is available upon request.
