Conditions
Route Changes: It is possible although unlikely that a route change may become necessary on the trip. Route changes will always be at the discretion of the Mountains & More guide. No refunds will be available in the event of any route or itinerary change.

Postponement or Delay: Delays and postponements sometime occur to any form of transportation. Mountains & More cannot be responsible for these at any time. Every effort will be made to minimize any inconvenience, but Mountains & More is not responsible for any additional costs that may arise.

Responsibility: Mountains & More will take every care with clients baggage and property but is not liable for loss, damage or delayed delivery. Mountains and more acts as an agent for the transport, accommodations and services of the company supplying this trip. Mountains & More may not be held liable for non-performance or any such supplier. If the client is not able or willing to assume the above mentioned risks, the client should purchase trip insurance.

Trip Cancellations: Mountains & More reserves the right to cancel the trip due to insufficient sign ups, in which case, Mountains & More will send a full refund.

Payment and Registration Policy
A deposit of $US400 for international trips, or 50% of the trip cost for domestic trips, must be included with your application before it can be processed. Applications will not be considered without a deposit.

Full payment is due no later than 90 days before an international trip begins or two weeks before a domestic trip begins.

Cancellation Policies
Most trip expenses are incurred while organizing the logistics of a trip. These expenses are reflected in any refund which is given after a client cancels a trip. Mountains & More will retain only $US250 of the deposit for trips canceled more than 90 days prior to departure. If you cancel 90-75 days prior, 40% refund. If 59-30 days prior, 25% refund. Any cancellation less than 29 days before departure will receive no refund. Trip insurance is strongly recommended for those clients unwilling or unable to accept the risk of an unrefundable cancellation.

Acknowledgment of Risks
In consideration of the services of Mountains & More, its officers, agents, employees and all other persons or entities associated with those businesses (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Mountains & More"), I agree as follows.

Although Mountains & More has taken reasonable steps to provide me with appropriate equipment and skilled guides to I can enjoy an activity for which I may not be skilled, Mountains & More has informed me this activity is not without risk. Certain risks are inherent in each activity and cannot be eliminated without destroying the unique character of the activity. These inherent risks are some of the same elements that contribute to the unique character of this activity and can be the cause of loss or damage to my equipment, or accidental injury, illness or in extreme cases, permanent trauma or death. Mountains & More does not want to frighten me or reduce my enthusiasm for this activity, but believes it is important for me to know in advance what to expect and to be informed of the inherent risks. Some, but not all of these dangers are: the hazards of traveling in mountainous terrain, such as falls, altitude sickness, hypothermia, equipment failure and avalanche. Additional dangers may include accident or illness in remote places without medical facilities as well as the forces of nature.

I am aware that mountaineering, rock climbing and other wilderness experiences entail risks of injury or death to any participant. I understand that the description of these inherent risks is not complete and that other unknown or unanticipated inherent risks may result in injury or death. I agree to assume and accept full responsibility for the inherent risks identified herein and those inherent risks not specifically identified. My participation in the activity is purely voluntary, no one if forcing me to participate, and I elect to participate in spite of and with full knowledge of the inherent risks.

I acknowledge that engaging in this activity may require a degree of skill and knowledge different than other activities and I have responsibilities as a participant. I acknowledge that the staff of Mountains & More has been available to more fully explain to me the nature and physical demands of this activity and the inherent risks, hazards, and dangers associated with this activity.

I certify that I am fully capable of participating in this activity. Therefore, I assume and accept full responsibility for myself and all minor children in my care, custody and control, for bodily injury, death or loss of personal property and expenses as result of those inherent risks and dangers identified herein and those inherent risks and dangers not specifically identified and as a result of my negligence in participating in this activity.

Arbitration
Any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the agreement or the performance thereunder, including without limitation any claim relating to illness, injury or death, shall be settled by binding arbitration in Turin, Italy in accordance with the rules of the Italian Arbitration Association then existing, and the judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over the subject of matter of the controversy. This agreement to arbitrate does not waive or modify the liability releases contained in the foregoing paragraph.

I have carefully read, clearly understood and accepted the terms and conditions stated herein and acknowledge that this agreement shall be effective and binding upon myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate and for all members of my family including minor children.
